About The Pralinier
(Pronounced: Prah-leen-yay)
At The Pralinier, we believe every praline tells a story — one shaped by tradition, craftsmanship, and family.
Rooted in generations of Southern kitchens, our pralines honor the rich legacy of New Orleans while embracing modern elegance. Each batch is hand-poured, slow-stirred, and made with golden Louisiana pecans for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
At the heart of our craft is our great-grandmother Mama Bue, whose original praline recipe guides everything we make. Her pralines were simple, pure, and made by instinct — teaching us to never rush, never cut corners, and always cook with heart.
Beside her stood Madear, whose influence lives in every detail of how we cook, celebrate, and care. She taught us that food connects generations, and that patience and presence are just as important as ingredients.
Every piece we create carries their spirit — their warmth, their elegance, their devotion to family tradition. The Pralinier is our tribute to them: where legacy meets luxury, and the simplest ingredients become something unforgettable.
From our family kitchen to your table, we invite you to slow down, savor the moment, and indulge in sweetness crafted to be remembered.
Small Batch. Big Elegance.
