Praline Subscription Service Agreement 

Parties:
This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Pralinier, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the subscribing customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

1. Subscription Service

  • By purchasing a praline subscription through our Shopify store, you agree to recurring billing for deliveries of pralines as described on the product page.

  • Available subscription plans include [Monthly, Bi-Monthly, or Prepaid Plans] (customize based on your tiers).

2. Billing & Payment

  • Payments are automatically charged to your selected payment method on file.

  • You authorize The Pralinier, LLC to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.

  • Prices may change with prior written/email notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscriptions include shipping to the address you provide.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or third-party carriers.

  • Pralines are made in small batches; delivery dates may vary slightly depending on production schedules.

4. Cancellations, Pauses & Skips

  • You may cancel, pause, or skip a delivery through your customer portal (or by emailing us) at least 7 before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations made after billing will apply to the following cycle.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our pralines, all subscription sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] for a replacement.

6. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement remains in effect until you cancel your subscription.

  • We may terminate your subscription for non-payment, fraud, or abuse of service.

7. Allergens & Liability

  • Our pralines contain pecans, dairy, and may be processed in a facility with other allergens.

  • By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to food allergies.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
